Programme:
Workshop on making jewellery from seashells. All materials are provided. Prior registration is required so that the right amount of materials can be prepared. Participation fee: 200 lira. You will take your piece of jewellery home with you.
Workshop on painting plaster figures. Figures and paints are provided. Participation fee: 200 lira per person. You take the painted figure home with you.
The funds raised will go towards iron protective cages for sea turtle nests on the beaches. We are in great need of these cages right now. The egg-laying season on the beaches has already begun.
Every year around 600 sea turtle nests appear on the beaches of Kahyalar, Selinus, and Bıdı Bıdı. It is impossible to protect all nests, but our goal is to protect as many as possible.
Come and spend a day by the sea doing something good for nature.
Our volunteers will be with us — you can meet them and ask questions.
